Born in Germany, Sabine met her canadian husband Scott in 1995 in the United Arabic Emirates. She was working as a flight attendant at the time. Scott’s career started in the Navy, he transferred to the Air Force in 2003. Sabine accompanied Scott from City to City reaching Courtenay in 2012. Coming from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan where the family had stayed for 8 years Sabine loves the mild winter in BC. During the last 10 years Sabine worked with different methods to create unique pieces. Her works include mosaics, stepping stones, stained glass and fused glass. Sabine took a vide variety of glass fusing classes. The most interesting ones in California at Pacific Art glass and CBS. Over time she specialized more and more in using Dichroic glass to create one of a kind eye-catching jewellery, vessels and wall art.
