Dockside Industrial Park Inc. is the ideal terminal for the petro-chemical industry. We are located on the south end of Sarnia’s Chemical Valley in Corunna, Ontario (on the border of Michigan). The former Ethyl Canada site is built on 112 acres of heavy industrial land and is fully serviced and ready for development. Pipe racks are in place across much of the property. There are 18 pipelines related to the neighbouring petro-chemical industry that pass directly by the east side of the site. Electricity is available between 3 phase 600 and 27, 000 volt Steam and natural gas and nitrogen are also available for hook up.
