Our Facilities include Door to Door Mail Delivery Private Garbage Collection On Site Laundry Facilities Indoor Heated Pool for year round swimming and exercise R. and Boat Storage Areas Clubhouse building for Park and Home Owners Meetings Many Social Activities including potluck dinners, bingo, cribbage nights and outdoor activities such as horseshoe pits and a walking club, movie matinees and pancake breakfasts! All homes are owner occupied. No rentals of homes or assignments. Small pets are ok ( 2 pet max.) with size restrictions. height for dogs is 16" at shoulder . Dogs must be on leash at all times. Cats (indoor only) spayed or neutered.
