Sarah is a Clinical Social Worker who takes a collaborative and respectful approach in her work. She follows evidence based practice guidelines. She is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She is a field instructor for the University of Calgary’s Master of Social Work and Master of Counselling Psychology faculties. She is also a trained group psychotherapist and a full member of the Canadian Group Psychotherapy Association. She is experienced in facilitating long-term psychotherapy groups as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy groups for persons with depression and anxiety based on the Changeways Model of Group Therapy. She provides training in group psychotherapy.
