Over the past 40 years, Romesh Anand and his wife Sue have developed a reputation in Calgary, and it did not happen by accident. After training in England, almost half a century ago, Rome became involved in the restaurant business in 1962 in his family's first ever East Indian Restaurant in Bristol, UK. "I went there to study Business Administrations but I had on the job training, " said Rome. "I was washing dishes, blending and grinding fine herbs and spices, I learned from the ground up."
