Learning and working as a rehabilitation assistant in 2013 I began helping others achieve their health goals. In 2016 I began competing in natural bodybuilding and wanted to help people achieve more fitness goals after their rehab, so I became a personal trainer. After helping others get shredded and strong I wanted to help with their longevity so I added FST Lvl 1, FST Lvl 2, and tissue manipulation techniques to increase mobility. I use a combination of different techniques to get the best outcome for your body.
