The Churchbridge Daycare Co-operative was formed by a group of volunteer parents, along with assistance of the Yellowhead REDA, who identified a need for a licenced Child Care Facility in our community. After much hard work from our board members, other volunteers and great support from our local community the Churchbridge Daycare Co-operative opened our doors to families on February 13, 2006. In 2006 we started with 2 rooms and 5 staff members, since then we have grown to 5 rooms and have 6 full time staff, 3 part time and numerous casual employees. We have also incorporated the local playschool program into our facility in order to accommodate our communities needs. We are currently licensed to accommodate 65 children through the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years. We also operate a School Age Summer program during July and September.
