Denise began her professional career in 1988 as a registered nurse, and worked in both acute care and community settings. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology in 2000, and has worked in the non-profit sector as a therapist since that time. She has experience in working with children and adults, and in working collaboratively with other disciplines. Her therapeutic approach is based on her belief that the mind, body and soul are all interconnected and need to be in balance with one another. It is her desire to help people find that balance, to find meaning in their lives, and to come to a place of peace.
