Dr. Harton is a graduate of Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from three years surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Emory Northlake Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia, one of the few highly sought after residency programs in the entire United States. He is a member of the Podiatry Institute, an organisation committed to teaching other podiatrist throughout the country. Dr. Harton specializes in Surgical reconstruction of the foot and ankle, diabetic foot care as well as all general aspects of the foot and ankle for children, adults and seniors. He is one of the few surgeons in Canada certified to help patients with flatfeet using the hyprocure implant surgical procedure.
