Most of our buildings have residential caretakers living on-site to facilitate reporting of tenant concerns and to expedite the response time for appropriate action. In Calgary, we have established an office to assist in dealing with the local issues. By implementing our online ‘maintenance request system’, tenants can log their concerns in an easy manner. This integrated system allows management to organize, delegate and monitor the progress of the remedial work to completion.
