I have been interested in women’s health, including the journey through pregnancy to parenthood, since I took a placement at Women’s College Hospital in the natal unit during school. I was so affected by the experience that I have continued focusing on pre and post natal massage therapy, ranging from post-surgical scar work for caesarean sections, to lymphatic drainage for excess swelling during pregnancy, to breast massage for relief and prevention of discomfort during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I am committed to helping women have a healthy, strong pregnancy, and excited to continue that commitment to health and strength with them into parenthood.
