DOR Industrial Supply; a family owned business and member of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, serving the metal working industry in our community and surrounding areas since 1991. Owner Rod Clarke began his career as a distributor rep for carbide cutting tools and quickly realized the need for a local business that could provide high quality HSS and Carbide Tools at competitive costs to meet the area’s growing demand for tooling. From humble beginnings in Stirling, Ontario and supported by his wife, CLA-DOR grew and in 1995 moved to its present location on Parks Drive in Belleville. As the company grew, Susan took over the Human Resources role. In 2005, his daughter Melissa joined the team and hit the road to work with customers to ensure that their tooling needs were met, whether standard or custom designed. In 2012 CLA-DOR grew again and needed an Office Manager. Carolyn joined the team and works behind the scenes to ensure inventory levels are maintained and customer orders go out on time. With hard work, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in both customer service and high quality products, CLA-DOR now personally serves businesses from Port Hope to Gananoque, Prince Edward County to Bancroft and on occasion, as far away as Quebec and British Columbia. We take pride in offering to our clients the experience of our staff, along with a selection of products and manufacturers that cover a broad range of machining applications. Shipments are made daily via our own vehicles to local clients or by UPS to those outside the area. Our inventory reflects a commitment to our customers, providing them quality tooling able to meet a full range of shop requirements. Abrasive Belts, Grinding Wheels, Bandsaw Blades, Carbide Inserts, Measuring Instruments, Taps, Drills and much more are stocked in Belleville and ready for delivery.
