Technology We believe that we can enhance the wine making and viticulture process by the selective application of the latest technology in the vineyard and the winery while respecting the traditional non-interventional winemaking style and sustainability that we embrace. Sustainability We are only stewards of the land and, as such, we will apply sustainable best practices in the vineyard and the winery to reduce the impact of our footprint on the environment, our neighbours, and society as a whole. We will use environmentally sound practices and products wherever possible in the making and marketing of our wines and all the while protecting the resources and infrastructure of Hidden Bench. The Wine Lodge is open seven days a week, year round. We welcome you to visit our tasting bar and learn about our wines, or enjoy a glass of your favourite on our lake-view deck! Private/Group Tastings Join us for a private tasting of 4 wines led by one of our Guest Services Associates that is tailored specifically to your wine likes and taste. Cost is $5 per person. Included in this offering is also a redeemable voucher valued at $5 that can be used towards your wine purchases following your experience. Reservations must be made in advance. Groups of 10 or more must be booked in for a private tasting. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. We require 24 hours cancellation notice to receive a full refund. Private Tours Join us for a private tour and tasting led by one of our senior Guest Services Associates that is tailored specifically to your wine likes and taste. Begin your tour overlooking our Estate vineyard, then travel through our winemaking facility and barrel cellar until you finish with a flight of four premium winery exclusive wines. This experience is offered daily at 2:00pm and must be booked in advance. Cost is $10 per person and includes a redeemable voucher valued at $5 that can be used towards your wine purchases following your experience. The Wine & Food Experience Expand your experience at the Wine Lodge with some cheese and charcuterie to follow your tasting or accompany your glass of wine. Cost is $15 per person and includes a flight of 4 wines OR one 5 oz. glass of wine with cheese and charcuterie. We require a minimum of 4 days notice. Payment in full is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
