OCD Wellness specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD. However, we recognize OCD doesn't always travel on its own. Therefore, we also provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Comprehensive Behavioural Intervention for Tics (CBIT).
