Dr. Ryan Broddick BSc. (Hon.), D.C. - Ayr Chiropractor and Acupuncture provider Dr. Ryan B roddick is an Ayr chiropractor and acupuncture provider. He began his education at McMaster University in 1999, obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. He continued his training at the only English speaking chiropractic school in Canada: Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. He spent four years at CMCC studying to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Even after 8 years of post high school education, Dr. Broddick stays up-to-date on the latest pain relief techniques through continuing education courses. Since graduating from CMCC, he has completed McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. He also received specialized training in foot and gait analysis to properly fit custom orthotics . He also has training on fitting compression stockings, socks and clothing . Broddick offers a spectrum of services to his patients as he is aware that each patient has different needs. Broddick has experience working in various sports therapy, motor vehicle accident and wellness clinics in southwestern Ontario. He has been a full time Ayr chiropractor since 2011 and is able to treat a variety of health conditions. These include neck and back pain, joint pain, headaches, sports injuries, workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Broddick understands what it’s like to be both a patient and a practitioner. In 2007, he was T-boned in a high speed motor vehicle accident that left him with a fractured neck (C2 vertebrae) and concussion. He required a risky surgery which consisted of having a titanium screw permanently inserted into his neck. Broddick was fortunate to recover from his injuries following several months of rehabilitation consisting of chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy and acupuncture. As one can imagine, this experience has enabled him to become a more compassionate and understanding practitioner.
