('Holmes' comes from owner Susan's family name) started as a single unit Feta cheese manufacturing company. Using hands-on, artisanal-style production efforts to produce the highest quality Feta cheese, co-founders Nick and Susan Tziolas began literally selling their Feta door-to-door and educating consumers about their product.
