The brand-new Red Cariboo Resort has two different locations: - The Red Cariboo Apartments are located on 3032 Elsey Road, Anahim Lake. All apartments have a sleeping loft with 2 queen beds. One can find a big platform with a gazebo and a propane fire pit, a separate covered picnic table and a BBQ, all with lake view. There will also be a separate fire pit away from the gazebo. There is a canoe house located at the apartments to make it easy for the guests to use their rented canoe or kayak. - The Red Cariboo Resort, which is our main property, is located on 23302 hwy 20, Anahim Lake. This is where you can find the small and big cabins. The Red Cariboo Resort is our main property. This is where people check in and where the restaurant and bar are located (not open yet until further notice). In the same building is a lounge and pool table available for everyones use. The resort has a big community kitchen with fridges and freezers plus cupboards for guests to store their food. A washing machine and dryer will be placed in here as well for the guests to use. In the future a spa will be available for everyones use as well. Activities We will offer a variety of activities. We have canoes, kayaks, and fishing gear for rent. We also offer horseback rides. Renting a mountain bike or motorboat will also be among the possibilities. We will also have cross-country gear, snowshoe gear, ice fishing gear and ice hockey gear available for rent. Horseback rides are also available during the winter months. Accommodation We only offer accommodation. Meals are not included, but facilities to cook are available for everyone's use. Airport shuttle service All bookings include a complimentary shuttle service from and to Anahim Lake Airport. Flights go directly from and to Vancouver from Anahim Lake. Wi-Fi WiFi is free, but may be interrupted due to the unstable satellite connection.
