As a registered clinical counsellor, I use two verified types of therapy through an integrated approach. That blends together CBT and DBT. These work through investigating the thoughts, feeling, and actions that are involved in each situation. We will draw it out on a whiteboard and analyze it together. Then afterwards we will collaborate on solutions to your problems. And finally I will end each session, with tangible coping skill that you can work on each week to regain control over your life. Then to create more comfort and relaxation in counselling I have set up in a home office environment that avoids the discomfort of going into another medical building. You will also have the flexibility of in-person, or online sessions. As well as drop-in sessions for when life doesn't go as planned. Whenever your ready, I'm here.
